Pathly CRM does not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information to third parties, and we do not intend to do so. We only share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, and only as necessary to deliver our services to you.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. Even though we do not sell personal data, we provide this page so you can exercise your rights easily and transparently.

Submit a Privacy Request
To submit a CCPA/CPRA privacy request, please contact us directly at support@pathly.care or call (720) 780-9396. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling any request. Our process includes email confirmation, identity matching against our records, and a response within 45 calendar days (up to 90 days total if an extension is needed).
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization. To submit a request through an authorized agent, please email support@pathly.care with the subject line "Authorized Agent Request."
